AION 2 Blazing Sun Wings and Wing Skins: Price, Binding and Stats

The Blazing Sun Wings come with the Ultimate Founder's Pack, $99.99 (USD), according to NC's Founder's Pack notice. Founder's Pack sales end Oct 5, 08:00 PT. They are character-bound, per NC's help center table, What does bound mean for each Founder's Pack item?. And they are cosmetic only: NC's Founder's Pack notice says the wings are appearance-only and "no additional stats are granted."

Wing skins in the shop

NC's New Skin Items Info notice lists two wing skins:

Sales period: from Sep 30 until before the Oct 28 scheduled maintenance (PDT). NC notes the time shown can differ by language and country.
Prices are based on the PURPLE Store and may vary by store.
Who can buy: characters level 5 or higher.
Delivery: the wings go to the buying character's Cube. After you use the item, you'll find the wings in the Wings menu. Characters that didn't buy them can't use them.
Where: In-Game Menu → Shop → Atelier → Weapons/Wings/Pets → Products, or the same path through the Closet's shop.
Stats: NC says all shop items, like pets, wings and outfits, are purely cosmetic.

NC also notes that the in-game preview images are for illustration only and may look different depending on the character wearing the wings, and that the product may be offered for sale again in the future in the same or a similar form.

Can you fly in AION 2?

Yes. Flight is a core part of AION 2, and NC has a dedicated "Gameplay Spotlight: Flight" video on its YouTube channel. In NC's words, "No look in AION 2 is complete without the right wings."

FAQ

Does AION 2 have wings? Yes. Wings are part of every Daeva's look, and NC sells wing skins in the shop and includes the Blazing Sun Wings in the Ultimate Founder's Pack.

How much are the Blazing Sun Wings? They aren't sold on their own. They come with the Ultimate Founder's Pack at $99.99 (USD), or with a PURPLE upgrade to Ultimate ($75 from Standard, $50 from Deluxe). Founder's Pack sales end Oct 5, 08:00 PT.

Are the Blazing Sun Wings account-wide? No. NC's binding table marks them Character Bound.

Do wings give stats in AION 2? NC says the Founder's Pack wings grant no additional stats, and that shop items like wings are purely cosmetic. NC hasn't published stats for other wings in the global notices we use.
